The market of building materials is one of the most difficult markets which a new businessman can choose. From the time perspective we have noticed that after having taken up this challenge at the end of the year 2000, we have managed to convince hundreds of clients to use our services and to successfully meet their needs with the products we offered.
We would like to thank all our clients who accompany us in this difficult market of building industry plastics and successfully realize their ambitious plans. Also, we wish to thank our rivals in the course to win over the client, for without competition clients would observe stagnation in the quality of the services we offer, rather than their constant increase.
On the level of distribution it is not possible to offer absolutely everything in the area of building materials. If someone wishes to fully meet his clients’ demands, he has to choose one particular specialty. Ours are plastics.
Our firm distributes building industry plastics and provides materials for pre-wholesale and wholesale trade. The products which are offered by our company are such as, e.g. MATFOL FB building foils and protective foils, MATRIX roof foils, MATFOL PI steam insulation foils, MATFOL OOF vertical insulations and MATFOL IPM horizontal insulations of foundation. Moreover, the company offers MATFOL SN 145 glass fiber mesh for cold-protection, tape for joining foils and thermal insulations (aluminum) as well as self-adhesive tapes.
We are a young and energetic firm which puts special emphasis on client service, the quality of the products and competitive prices. The goal of our price policy is a reasonable ratio of prices to the quality of the products offered.
The company’s team – which is at your disposal – is a young and trained staff. A frequent contact with the client allows you to go on with your work, not worrying about constant control of your stock – this is us who remind and suggest you - by phone and personally, in the time of visits of our commercial representative - about possible shortages of merchandise! We realize orders at our Client’s request – and no later than within three days!!!
The point of departure for all our strategy as a business enterprise has always been, is and will always be the client. His needs, his suggestions referring to the product and services are the accelerator of our activity on the market. Our primary goal is our client’s complete satisfaction with the cooperation with our firm.
All the market devices of the distributor (prices, conditions of cooperation, logistics etc.) are subordinated to this goal. We do not treat our client as a "contractor xyz", but as a partner who realizes his economic goals with our help; he is not treated anonymously. Only when our client is satisfied with the products we offer, with the prices, with appropriate conditions of payment and delivery as well as with our services, only then will he see our cooperation as a long-term benefit for both parties.
Therefore, the main lines of our policy are:
